What a wonderful day at the temple with all these angels, these Sisters and Elders who have been commissioned to teach the restored gospel of Jesus Christ.

This is what covenant makers and keepers look like. What stands out right away to you? Look into their faces… I see different journeys and various upbringing, but what they have in common brings them to this place in Texas Fort Worth, it is Jesus Christ. They love Him and want to serve Him. They “…talk of Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins”. 2 Nephi 25:26

They love as Christ loved, share the love of Jesus Christ and His restored gospel and invite others to know Him and come unto Him. They are my hero’s and I feel blessed to stand beside them!

“Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths”

(Isaiah 2:3).

So great to hear from you! I love missionaries and you are surrounded by pure, children of God doing His work! They look so young and sweet, but they are also strong and bold when it comes to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ! I guess we can say that Texas does it bigger and better even when it comes to Missionaries! I am lucky to have a missionary grandson laboring in the Torreon, Mexico mission. His mom sends me his letters each Monday and I look forward to them. I email him each week with words of encouragement and love. I also hear from Haley Bryson. She is another angel missionary. She is serving in Stockholm right now and you can imagine she still wears that beautiful smile!

While I was in Utah over the 4th, we invited Megan Spataro over for dinner after Church. She is another great RM who still has that missionary light of Christ. She is taking her whole family back to Finland to tour her mission. How wonderful! She will even have “power” over her dad as he doesn’t know Finish!! ????

I’m so glad you are loving your mission. I know you are doing a great job. You and Don are what those missionaries need when they are far from home.

    Love you! Miss you! Ann
